Kwabahal Boutique Hostel was my preferred accomodation in Kathmandu. Simply because the location was perfect. It is tucked-in in an alley and it has a nice garden/cafe to relax in. The street sound is muted so one can enjoy the serenity of the place. Secondly, all the staff display such heartwarming hospitality with endless smiles. A huge plus for me was also the clean and spotless showers and toilets, the cleanest by far during my visit in Nepal.

Very nice breakfast served on the roof with a view of the city and the mountains. Got to borrow a computer and got to leave our bags when we went trecking without extra cost. The hotel is located extremely central. Nibhesh in the reception and the owner Niranjan gave many nice recommendations for our stay.
