The pool was the biggest point for me. Great breakfast options too: there were not only sandwiches but also fried rice, spaghetti, soups (I remembered eating green bean and pumpkin soups) and desserts like croissants, banana cakes and cupcakes (which were alternated each day). The common area was overall very pleasant and comfortable, with a big book nook, direct view to the pool and the surrounding buildings. The room was good enough for all I needed, and the people that stayed there when I went were respectful and did try not to disturb others (it could still be noisy, so earplugs were a must - they provided that and toothbrush for free too). The staff was nice enough and generally helpful. The location couldn't be any better - it's very near other big shopping malls like Pavillion, Lot10, etc, and you could walk to KLCC through the linked bridge. It's within walking distance to the Bukit Bintang station MRT and Bukit Bintang Monorail line. The toilets were generally clean and I always saw the staff around, cleaning and keeping things in order. Shampoo and body wash were provided. Towels are changed daily. They have indoor slippers for you as well (the type that can dry easily too).
