We also rented a scooter for 2 days and drove around everywhere.

Some rooms have air conditioning with a surcharge. The staff was truly amazing, very kind, helpful and gave us a lot of tips. We got a LOT for the money we paid. The room was clean and comfortable, an extra plus for the warm light instead of the usual cold. Good AC, good breakfast and a beautiful garden with a lot of space to relax (extra welcomed in the heat). The shared bathrooms and showers was not a problem, the other guests where nice. Great vibe. The design of the hotel is really excellent, with the rooms facing the courtyard so that you feel a family vibe seeing everyone through the day. And the hotel design has great materials and convenience. We are a couple and had our own bathroom, but the shared toilets and sinks in the public area are also very well designed. The hotel is well maintained and the cleaning crew really works well each morning and day to keep things spotless. The activities and tips and organized tours and drinking games are fun and active. We liked all of this. We have stayed in many hotels but really enjoyed this one a lot!
