We absolutely loved staying at Casa Xtakay. Jonathan, Gabi and the rest of the family are sooooo nice and welcoming, and super helpful if you have any questions about tours / Valladolid. The free breakfast every morning was absolutely delicious and varied. The room was beautiful, spacious and super comfy. The location was 10/10. Highly recommended this place, we can't wait to return!

This place is pure magic! It feels like something out of a Wes Anderson movie - every detail is so thoughtfully designed. We booked a private room, which was beautiful and spacious, with a stunning bathroom, but honestly, the whole vibe of the place makes also the shared rooms look very appealing 💕 It’s not right in the center, but with Uber being so affordable here, getting around was super easy and never an issue. The girls at the reception were all incredibly kind and helpful, always making sure we were having a great time. A special shoutout to Jo, who gave us so many great tips 🙏🏼 We truly hope to come back here again someday!

We loved staying at Hostel la Candelaria. The guy in the reception was very helpful and told us many things about the history of Campeche. We took a private double bedroom, which was very comfortable and cosy. Kitchen facilities are good, toilets and showers were clean and the garden is lovely, colourful and full of plants. Breakfast was also very good. Location is perfect, it’s pretty close to the city center in a quiet square.
