The hostel itself is very comfortable- we had a double room with shared kitchen and beautiful garden with a little pool . The location was great walking distance to a lively little park where it was easy to pick up street food , a few restaurants and a local bus colectivo to the beach . Here there are lots of boat trips to go fishing or snorkelling on the coral reef . Puerto Morelos is an ideal first or last stopping point for Cancun airport about 25 minutes away .

It’s quite a new building so everything was still very new, clean and very well maintained. The beds are comfortable, big lockers, great pool and roof top, avocado toast and pancakes for breakfast, I could go on and on. Great value for the money! Best hostel I have ever stayed at.
