Excellent location, very close to Nice-Ville SNCF Train Station, and the beach. Very friendly and accommodating staff as well. The hostel is very clean and very safe.

Really nice hotel with great facilities, close to the train station Nice Ville, so that’s really a plus. The double room we had was great, spatious and clean, we had everything we needed. The personnel was very friendly and helpful. Regarding the breakfast, we didn’t have it included, but we paid for it (7€/person) and it was really good, with great options.

Well located in the Liberation district of Nice, Alpazur is set less than 1 km from Avenue Jean Medecin, a 14-minute walk from Nice-Ville Train Station and 1.8 km from Russian Orthodox Cathedral.

I’m surprised the score here is so low, the hostel is good, quite clean (especially considering it’s in france), and staff is nice. My 4-bed dorm felt spacious, and there was a well equipped kitchen. Lockers were of good size and in great condition. Location is amazing. Maybe it can get difficult in the heat of summer, but for a stay in april it was awesome

I'd seen many bad reviews on this place before booking but decided location was more important than comfort. This is a hostel. If you're expecting hotel-style decor and facilities then book sonewhere else and pay triple the price. The building housing the accommodation is beautiful and the location is unparalleled, just a 5min stroll from one of the best beaches we went to on the Cote d'Azur. Our room was basic but clean and had everything we needed, clean sheets, a fan and lovely view. Communal showers were clean. Reception were helpful (stored our bags on early arrival) and friendly. For us, Campus Santa Maria offered just what we needed at a price we could afford in Cannes.
