The place is amazing. Loved the accommodation and location, very easy to find and close to everything. Staff were very helpful, offered guidance and advices. Would definetely recommend this place and will come stay here again with pleasure. The bed linen was very soft and comfortable. A tip: the blue taxis are the official ones in Chefchaouen if you need to take one.

If you're searching for a spot to unwind and relax, Caiat Lounge Refuge is definitely worth the visit. The ambience is so peaceful and welcoming, with a beautiful landscape view and plenty of seating options to choose from. What's more, the staff - especially Brahim - are incredibly friendly and attentive, making the experience all the more enjoyable. The owner, Daniel, was very nice and provided us with useful information about the options for trekking around. Now, let's talk about the food. Trust me when I say that you won't want to skip out on ordering from the restaurant within the lounge. The menu has a wide variety of food options, all of which are super tasty, affordable, and well prepared. I can't recommend the food enough; it's really good. Overall, Caiat Lounge Refuge is an excellent choice for anyone looking to escape the hustle of everyday life and the noise of the city and indulge in some fantastic food in a very calming and beautiful atmosphere, breath fresh air and enjoy the nature and the walking in the nearby mountains.

Everything was perfect. After a terrible experience in Tangier, we were hesitant to book this hostel as it didn’t have many reviews on Booking. However, after researching and reading great reviews on other sites, we decided to book for just one night, and ended up extending our stay! The staff was amazing, always kind and accommodating to all our requests. The facilities were very clean and comfortable. The location is great, close to everything, yet far enough from the noise to be calm at night. We would definitely stay here again. 10/10

Spacious dorms with super comfy beds and big enough lockers, four bathrooms/showers for men and four more for women, hot water always available, cozy common area next to the reception, superb location (very close to the CTM station and practically right outside the medina), reliable wifi, daily cleaning, and last but most definitely not least, lovely people at the reception, not to mention incredibly patient and respectful even to an incredibly obnoxious guest who created a huge fuss over nothing. Hat off to the staff for staying super polite even to that guy. I liked the place (and the city) so much, that I expended my stay from five to seven nights.

The location was excellent - right in the medina, the room was beautifully furnished and the staff were very helpful and accommodating. This was a lovely first stay in Morocco.
