The staff were kind, the room was spacious, the facility was clean, the terrace had a great view, the tour arrangements was on point. It was a family vibe, so i stayed for 10days. Very nice staff Oatman always pays attention to the guests. Manager Farid is kind too, and he gave me good price for excursion. I booked 3 days Merzouga tour from this hostel. Cleaning lady Saadia cleans hostel very good. Everywhere clean here. I like traditional breakfast which is every day different menu. So if you stay long, you can enjoy breakfast every day. The best part is the terrace, where I relaxed with the comfortable sofas and the nice view.

My best hostel experience in Morocco so far. The place is super quiet, clean, and stylish. Rooms are spacious, there are lockers, and the bathrooms are freshly renovated. But most importantly, the host is just incredible, and one of the kindest people I've met in Marrakech! It was super nice to chat, and he helped me out a lot. If I ever come back to Marrakech, I'm definitely staying at this hostel again!

All units at the hostel come with a seating area. The units feature a safety deposit box. Breakfast was nice, got extra eggs, served hot, bread was crunchy outside and soft inside. The peanut butter was yummy, better than branded ones. Close to the market square. Room was upgraded free of charge! Also Jimmy was very helpful in booking our transport and camel ride activity, answers call in time, with good English. Room and common areas were clean and cosy. Definitely recommended, will book here again soon.
