Hicham and his wife went out of their way to make our stay pleasant. They were very kind. We were served tea and pastries when we arrived, our laundry was done for a reasonable fee, and we had dinner there one night. Breakfast was served every morning on the terrace. We left an item there by accident and Hicham arranged to have it transported to our next accommodation which was well beyond the call of duty.

The owner was extremely hospitable and attentive to our every need, very hardworking!! Location is rather easy to spot, but as you enter the medina, trust yourself and follow the maps; if someone offers to help you to take here, they are trying to get money from you. I liked the location, it was very close to Medina. Also, rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. Omar, the host was very gentle and always ready to help.

We had the best time there, because of the comfy room, the view from the rooftop terrace, the breakfast, the excellent location, but most of all, the friendly atmosphere, and the incredible hospitality of the staff. Ayoub (and friends) made us feel like family. We got a lot more than we expected. Five stars for the whole experience.

My stay at Youth Hostel fez was phenomenon , the place is very quite and comfortable, the bedroom was very comfy , the staff there Abdellah & Fatima Zahrae were an incredible hosts , they made sure i had an excellent stay , they even provided me with informations about the city and places to eat , i will definitely come back again .
