The hostel is very clean, comfortable, and surrounded by real village and farm views, which makes the stay peaceful and authentic. The dorm beds were comfortable, the A/C worked well, and there are nice common areas to relax. The biggest highlight was the sharing Yala safari arranged directly by the hostel. It was well organized, affordable, and the jeep and guide were very professional. Everything was smooth from pickup to drop-off. The eco kitchen experience and local food were a nice bonus and felt very genuine. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always smiling. If you’re a backpacker or budget traveler visiting Yala National Park, this hostel is perfect. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Tissamaharama.

The staff is extremely helpful and always ready to assist. They adapted to our food requirements (dairy free, gluten free, etc) Had a wonderful 2-day stay here. Highly recommended.
