Drinking water available, both hot and cold. I booked a bus with them to Vang Vieng, it departed very close to the hostel. The owner and staff were friendly and helpful. Good location in a quiet area. Plenty of common spaces and a large terrace at the front. I had a very comfortable stay there for about a week. I loved the layout of the building, so many corners and nooks, no boring spaces. AC in the common area upstairs, and lots of books. They offer breakfast.
