Well what to write I just don’t know. Perhaps the best stay I ever had! So the story, the hostel was closed for renovation and we stayed to Casa nostra which is run by the brother of the owner of this property, but I met the owner and the philosophy is the same at both places. Clean, spacious, value for money but above they care about their guests, they want to make them feel like they are in their home helpful with EVERYTHING. I haven’t met such thing before. The breakfast is awesome different everyday, the also organise the family dinners which is an excellent idea to being people together and meet with others, just great. Just go there, will no regret it at all, made my stay just great in Luang Prabang.

The staff is really nice, welcoming and always happy to help. The rooms are clean and comfortable. They have a pool and also a cute dog. Can only recommend! Thank you for the nice stay, made my experience in Luang Prabang so much better!

So cute, the staff are really friendly and helpful and there’s a lovely sense of community there! The location is great, it’s a bit outside of the main center but only a 15 mins walk away if that! They have yoga classes there for a donation fee and do family dinners twice a week which is included in the price. Ofc breakfast is included too! And they’re more than happy for you to use the kitchen facilities for your own personal use! Fabulous!

The front desk girl (Vanh) is super nice and helpful! She helped me out with my trip making, helped me setting up my online meeting, and even drove me to the station when the driver didn’t show up. She is the smartest and kindest Lao people I’ve ever met! 前台小妹Vahn人真的特别好，帮我定的士，当司机不靠谱的时候，她明明休假都专门过来送我去车站。要不是她我可能会误了班车。酒店早餐位置很好，可以看到普西山。晚上这边比主街那边安静，尤其是摩托车到了晚上就没什么声音了。白天还是会有点吵，但整个琅勃拉邦都挺吵的，相比之下这里晚上至少能保持安静。窗外景色真的很美，可以看到山水，完整的日落。

To be honest it was one of the best hostel I have ever been. We wanted to extend our stay in Luang Prabang just because of the beautiful vibes of Funny Riverside. The price is a bit higher than other hostels but absolutely understandable
