The staff is so kind, I arrive earlier than the check in time and they store my luggage and the procedure of check in and check out was so easy. The facilities are new, well maintained and clean.

Excellent service and location. I was afraid room would be too hot in summer but air condition was great and bed comfortable. There is also space for bigger suitcase and hanging clothes next to bed.

I also enjoyed the common areas thoroughly.

The hostel was perfect but the lady who runs the hostel was beyond amazing. She went above and beyond when I realized I was flying out of Narita and told me how to get there as quickly as possible. I made my flight in the end all thanks to her. She even messaged to make sure I’d made it on time. Thanks a million times over for her kindness. The hostel was clean, comfy and had excellent amenities.

This was probably the best hostel I stayed in. It was really clean, I had everything I needed at my disposal. The sleeping space was really well arranged with a little light, a space with a code to put your stuff safely. And the staff was really kind and helpfull ! Thank you for everything, I woule definitily recommend !

The staff was so nice, I thought that I lost my camera, and they found it and reached out to me after my stay and then held it until I was able to pick it up. I really really appreciated that!
