Very cute and big hostel. The facilities were great and offered very cheap laundry (which is rare)! The beds were very comfortable and the space for each person was big! This is the nicest hostel I've ever stayed at, and it's not even close. I also stayed at some great hotels during my stay in Japan, but Kotori still stands out as my favourite. I had a private room, and it was so worth it. The first thing I noticed was how clean everything was - the room smelled amazing, the mattress looked brand new, and the bed linens were crisp and white. The dining area upstairs and bathroom/ laundry areas on the main floor were similarly spotless. I usually carry flip flops to use in communal showers, but there was no need in this case - the showers always looked scrubbed clean. Every part of the hostel is well decorated and looks modern and cool. Staff are very friendly and helpful, and the check-in/ check-out process was quick and easy. I really hope I get the chance to visit again!
