The atmosphere at Hachi is relaxed and welcoming, with a unique charm that makes you feel right at home. The shared facilities were clean, well-maintained, and very practical for travelers. What truly stood out, though, was the kindness of the owner. They went above and beyond to assist us during our stay, making sure we had everything we needed. Their hospitality added a personal touch that made our trip even more special. I highly recommend Hachi Hostel to anyone visiting the area. Whether you're a solo traveler or with friends, this place offers a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and unforgettable views. I can't wait to return!

The bed in the dorm was very comfortable and cozy. They offer free bicycles, tea/coffee, and Japanese snacks. There's a lovely rooftop with lounge chairs and a view of Mount Fuji. Not a party place. Definitely, one of the nicest hostels I've stayed at. Highly recommend.

All guest rooms at the hostel are equipped with a seating area. Machiko was very kind and helpful for us. We're going back from Mt.Fuji and overdue for check-in, but anyway, we found the best solution and got the cozy and clean room for rest and recovery.
