If I visit Utsunomiya again, I will definitely stay at this guesthouse. Highly recommended!

The units at Tanigawa Valley Lodge & Coffee Roastery feature air conditioning and a desk. Beautiful lodge in a beautiful area in Japan. The owner was so accommodating and made our stay extra special. He gave great recommendations for restaurants, day trips as well as the coolest onsen. This place is a gem out of the touristy areas and we will definitely return. Good breakfast and great coffee that can be enjoyed in a very spacious common area downstairs. Facilities are great and very clean.
