Staff were very helpful and friendly. I was able to check in early and also check out at 4:30 am with no problems whatsoever. It is a 10 minute walk to the airport which was a huge bonus. They give packed breakfasts for travelers leaving at early hours for a nominal price.

It was amazing! very clean and new rooms. the staff was so friendly and helpfull. they let me check in early and use the luggage closets the day of my check out. the common area has lots of different and comfortable places to hang out and there were activities every night.

Breakfast very good, location quiet but in centar. Really had a great time walking around and seeing many traditions items still in use. Many fishing boats. Astonishing. Personal more than friendly.

the location of the property is really good. it was easy to find. Also the lady at reception let us keep our bags in the hotel before it’s checkin time and surprisingly we could also do check in before our check in time. that was really really awesome. the staff of the hotel is great. the coffee is made available 24hrs. the rooms was superb and very clean. the breakfast is quite basic but still it was fine.

Amazing place! where the old meet de modern decor, facilities and comfort. Very well done this project of recuperation of a very old building. Staff very helpful and nice. Very good restaurant. Good relation quality/price. I will certainly return and recommend this hotel.

Localisation in an old mine was beautiful and looked authentic. The food in the restaurant was good, the waiters were really nice. The rooms and bathroom were clean and comfortable, just the bed was a bit small for tall people. I recommend this place, affordable, friendly, comfortable !

The staff is a perfect 10, they speak English perfectly, they are kind, polite and very professional. The hotel is located a five minute walk from the train station from which you have trains every 10 minutes max to Venice. Behind the hotel there is a bus stop from which you have buses every 20-30 minutes to Venice. Comfortable and spacious room and bathroom. Beds large and comfortable. Parking in the garage costs 20 euros per night which is reasonable compared to the prices in the surrounding garages. Upon registration at the reception we received vouchers for free drinks at the hotel, I also liked the fact that you have the possibility to make tea and coffee in the room. Great compliments for the receptionist Sofia or Paola I'm not sure, she had curly hair, super super professional and kind.
