The fact that it is one of the last hostels before entering the high-priced region of Dolomites where only 3+ star hotels are available makes it a "forced" stop for a lot of young people. And this happen at any moment of the year - I was there in mid september and I had a fantastic stay with people from Germany, France, England and South america and California! Incredible experience you simply do not expect in the middle of (almost) nowhere. In addition the owner was very helpful in providing me a nice Pizza dinner (the closest shop/ restaurant is 4 km away)

This hostel offers a shared terrace and rooms and beds in mixed dormitories, both with shared bathrooms. The staff were the most lovely people ever, they made everyone feel really welcome and were always happy to help and give recommendations. The location was amazing, it had beautiful views and was close to the station and bus stop to the airport. Just know that it’s Venice and you have to walk 20-30 min to get anywhere (like Doge's and Piazza San Marco) lol. I didn't mind it at all as I was used to walking and expected it. The hostel was in an old building with a dated style, the rooms were smaller but were clean and the beds were comfortable.
