Staying at Ostello Bello Firenze was honestly one of the highlights of my trip. The hostel is super clean, cozy, and the location is just perfect walking distance to everywhere I wanted to go in Florence. The rooftop is such a nice spot to chill, meet people, and enjoy the view. The atmosphere was always warm, welcoming, and full of positive energy. But what made it really special were the people Huge thanks to Roxi, Kaua, and Sara you were all so friendly, energetic and helpful every single day. Whether it was organizing fun events, recommending places to visit, or just sharing a smile, you made the experience unforgettable. I came as a solo traveler, but left with friends and beautiful memories. I’ll definitely come back someday!

The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my stay, making everything smooth and enjoyable. The pool area was a real highlight—clean, refreshing, and well-managed by a very efficient and courteous pool assistant. My room was clean, air-conditioned, and comfortable, and the room service was excellent. It’s also a great value for money, especially for a centrally located property in Florence.
