The area is popular for hiking and cycling, and bike hire is available at the hostel. We loved our stay. As expected, basic beds in a tent but felt comfortable. Shared kitchen and living space but was very homely and comfortable. The area is nice to walk around and it's a 10 minute drive to the edge of the crater.
