This hostel is absolutely superb, the staff are friendly, helpful, full of local knowledge and go the extra mile. The facilities are cleaned daily, rooms are spacious, air conditioned, large lockers for the bigger backpacks, free wireless internet through the all property. I booked 2 nights but then I stayed 6 . Located less then 100 metres from the Damascus Gate, one of the most famous entrances to Jerusalem's Old City, Palm Hostel offers free Wi-Fi. The Church of the Holy Sepulchre, the Dome of the Rock and the Western Wall are a short walk away. I liked the people! Ali was great, the location is beside the bus station, places to eat all around, pharmacy a few doors down, hospital around the corner, the Garden Tomb around the corner and the Damascus Gate is across the street. The hostel has character!
