The entire experience was incredibly well-organized, and every staff member I encountered went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant visit. I want to give a special thanks to Valeria, the wonderful Italian receptionist, whose warm welcome and helpfulness made me feel right at home. During my stay, I accidentally left one of my earphones in the room. When I called the reception to check if it was found, Amy answered and was exceptionally efficient in assisting with the retrieval and arranging its delivery back to me. Her attentiveness and care were so reassuring. I’d also like to thank Matt and the rest of the team for their outstanding service and dedication. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, making this a truly memorable stay. 5 stars, highly deserved – I can’t wait to return

Please note the car park has a restriction of 1.9 meter max vehicle height. The staff was amazing (shout out to Hugh) and the place is very well located.
