The host couple was exceptionally flexible (cancellation, extension, extra day – everything went smoothly, and we were lucky with their booking calendar). They made our stay memorable with their good humor, helpful tips, and—on request—very delicious food.
The city center of Flores is a bit of a walk, but easily reachable by tuk-tuk, so the tranquility of the rooftop terrace more than makes up for it. Recommended.

Really good hostel, booked in a private room for one night and ended up staying another 3 (negotiated a better rate in person with the receptionist). Spotlessly cleaned each day and the staff are super friendly. Well equipped kitchen to self cater. Free bread and coffee in the mornings. Wifi is really strong.
