Within walking distance of Earl's court subway station which has access to both the district line and the piccadilly line, which for visiting London is more than enough to connect you to any touristy spot of any kind, including the airport or the National Rail stations. The neighborhood is picturesque and the building itself shows that it is a students accommodation, which is not necessarily a bad thing, despite traveling only with other adults i can see this being a very comfortable option for families with children as it offers recreational rooms with a Ping-Pong table as well as kids playgrounds in the surprisingly spacious garden. The reception staff was very friendly and quickly explained me the process of entering the premises with a key fob for the automatic doors to ensure the guests safety in the after-hours when there's no one at the reception. The rooms are "roomy" in size, no AC options but good air circulation, as the purpose of my trip was tourism i barely spent time in the premises but i couldn't find anything negative to say, as i understand this is not a commercial chain hotel which is very clearly shown on the accommodation description (make sure to read the specifics ahead of time), which means it may not be available year-round for obvious reasons. The breakfast and dinner options are filling, delicious and varied with vegetarian options for those looking for that specifically. Adding to the location and the food included, there's simply no better option in this area of London for the price. Everyone in the staff was very friendly and i wouldn't mind staying here again.

The lockers are horizontal and located under the bed, which makes it really easy to take things in and out, unlike the usual vertical ones where you have to stack everything again. The space is bright, and the public areas have plenty of power sockets. Wi-Fi is available throughout the entire building. There’s a pool table, guitar, and TV in the basement — though the guitar and TV are used less often, so you might need to tune them or figure out how it works first. Each bed has its own power socket, reading light, and curtain, so it’s no problem if you want to do things in bed at night! The staff are super warm and welcoming — they work as a team and make the place feel like one big family. On Wednesday and Friday evenings, every guest in the hostel could come to the free dinner and then heads to the bar to enjoy music, singing, and dancing. There’s a park right next door, which is great for working out, and plenty of supermarkets nearby for groceries. The bus and train stations are also just around the corner. All in all, it’s an amazing hostel — fantastic value for this price, a great place to meet new friends, and definitely not to be missed!

Pax Lodge is a hostel tucked away in the Belsize Park area of London and 5 minutes' walk from its Tube station. Free WiFi access is available. bed linen, towels and a fan are provided. The staff were lovely and welcoming. The facilities were spotless and the location was perfect for my needs.
