The room was clean and spacious. The bunk beds are comfortable and doesn't have funky ladder system,rather have sturdy metal frame. Therefore, it was comfortable and not annoying while climbing up both for the climber and lower berth sleeper. The bathrooms were very clean and had all the amenities. The staffs were very kind, support and helpful. They weren't trying to be generous; THEY REALLY ARE!! The kitchen is great, the best one I have ever seen!!
