The building was super well maintained and beautiful, the bed and rooms were overall comfy, everything was really well cleaned every single day and the staff was exceptional! There was lots of common areas for working as well. The location is a bit far from the center, BUT it was actually a good thing, since it felt really nice to come back to a peaceful area at the end of the day. There’s a large grocery store 5min walk away and the nearest bus stop was right in front of the hostel. Remember to buy a bus card for the local buses to get cheaper rides!

The rooms at La Casita are fitted with a seating area. Filipo is a fantastic host. The place is spotlessly clean, and is a wonderful place to meet interesting fellow travellers. Note that there isn't a kitchen you can use but Filipo's food is excellent. You can give him stuff to put in the fridge if you need to. I stayed in a double room and put the heater on for 15 minutes to take the chill off- then slept like a baby! Well done Filipo, I look forward to seeing how La Casita develops!

Staff was lovely and replied very fast. I would 10/10 recommend and come here again.

Hostel if very clean, people who work there are very kind and friendly. Nicko the Manager he is very helpful and kind, always looking for solutions to make the say as best as possible. Beds are comfy, people there like family. Very very nice, I strongly recommend that place, perfect if you want to surf. Place is also quite and relaxed so I loved it!
