The units will provide guests with a fridge. Everything was perfect — the warm welcome, the clean and comfortable rooms, the incredible view, and the great location. The rooms at the Cecilia Hostel are simply furnished and have wooden flooring, air conditioning, ironing facilities and a mosquito net. Some rooms have a private bathroom. This is the best place to stay in Cairo! I instantly felt like home after arriving. George and all of the staff have the kindest smiles I have seen and their hospitality is exceptional. I came back already one day after I left as I missed them and will definitely be back soon. Also the balcony view is spectacular and beds comfy. But the people make the place! Berar, the amazing owner, and his lovely team make you feel like a VIP guest at a five-star hotel. The atmosphere is cozy, elegant, and full of heart. I’m currently traveling around Egypt, and I keep recommending Villa Layla to everyone I meet, I want others to feel this magic too. Honestly, I’m now thinking of changing my travel plans just so I can come back and spend one more night there before my flight. That’s how much I loved it.
