The staff are very friendly and helpful, they advise about places,trips, restaurants, and anything u need and they are available 24/7. Their prices are very reasonable and will fit ur budget from the dorm room to the single , double, triple, quadruple rooms. The rooms are really cozy and you can watch Netflix series at anytime if you like to. Additionally, the reception is always (24/7) occupied, and the staff is truly amazing! I have never experienced staff who are so helpful, kind, and generous - simply wonderful. They are always happy to assist no matter what, and you can easily contact them via. WhatsApp at any time. Furthermore, you can book amazing trips through the hostel, e.g. to the pyramids or a night in the white and black sand desert. I can only recommend these tours! They were simply amazing. Thanks to Abdo and everyone else at the hostel - Amr, Ahmed, Shahd, Shaima, and Shrouk - I had an amazing and unique experience and I cannot thank all of them enough! Everyone at the hostel works so hard to ensure that every single guest has the best time and experience in Cairo.
