I got a tiny anxiety when I saw the entrance though, it was very nice hotel. The room was very spacious and clean. The shower area was as well. The location was also good because the metro station was close. Tahrir Square was next station and you can go downtown on foot. All staffs were very friendly and nice.

They let us use the public restroom at the day we already checked out, before moving to night bus to go to Qena, kept our luggage without any charging during our trip to Luxor, Aswan, until the day we were back to Cairo. Additionally, the reception is always (24/7) occupied, helping us at our late checkin and early morning checkout, the staff is truly amazing! They are always happy to assist no matter what, and you can easily contact them via WhatsApp at any time.
