I loved everything about this place. I stayed in the two beds room, and was by myself the whole time. I loved the fact that the place was quiet despite the tram right outside the room (they provided me with earplugs). I could do my laundries and get everything washed before I left. I enjoyed my cup of tea every evening too. It was truly like a hotel. I’ve travelled all around the world and this is the best hostel i’ve stayed at!! It was also extremely clean and well located right in front of the tram, 10 mins walk from the bus station, 10 mins tram from the airport.

Check-in at 1am was fast and with no trouble, everything was explained well. Staff was very nice and showed the room. Shared bathroom (though in my case I was alone) was clean, shower was comfortable. Wi-Fi was great and rooms were tidy and clean.

If you want to be in the midst of the action of Tallinn, Viru Backpackers Hostel provides clean and spacious rooms prepared with linen and a towel. Amazing location, friendly staff in both hostels (we left our luggage in another hostel as advised), great building and cozy room. A great stay in a lovely city. I recommend it.
