His English is very good and he went out of his way to be helpful in any way he could. If we ever return to Quito I would definitely book here again!

The room, although small, was very comfortable, and the bed was incredibly cozy. There’s something special about the energy of this place — you feel it the moment you arrive. The breakfast was the best we had in Ecuador — everything is prepared with great care and attention to detail. You can really feel the love put into every part of the experience. The owners, were kind and helpful. We loved everything about our stay and will definitely miss it. We recommend this place to everyone, and if we ever return to Quito, we will certainly stay here again!

Staff was incredibly accommodating and helpful, shared bathrooms were always immaculately cleaned, my room was cleaned and towel replaced once a day, there is a small courtyard to hang out and smoking area if you need it. Management let me store my bags after I had checked out and they had water and snacks available for purchase. Always someone around who is available to help you and the location is close to an amazing taco place that had live music and delicious food! Management also let me use the property phone multiple times to contact the airline I was flying with. Location felt safe.
