The bed was super comfortable and really beautiful crisp white cotton sheets The manager was really helpful and friendly, she booked appointments in town for me for beauty treatments, which I was super satisfied with, I felt I could turn to her for anything I needed and she’d get it done. I chose to spend my birthday here and had a room with a mountain view :) I unfortunately didn’t have the time to use the facilities, the spa or the jacuzzi in my room

The staff were so friendly, helping us with taxis, market advise and more.vthe room was really comfortable and cosy. Clean and warm showers. Great location, just outside the main centre but easy walking distance. We had a great stay, highly recommend if going to otavalo for the market and other adventures

Two nights stay in the town of Cotacachi during Inti Raymi was magnificent. The hostel, combined with a brewery, was our home from home, just seven minutes walk from the plaza. Comfortable, secure, with an outdoor common area to relax and enjoy the cats and dogs, and the beer. Our room was big with a very comfortable bed and a wonderful shower. Breakfast was excellent. We enjoyed many conversations with Roger and Melena, both so helpful. We should have stayed longer.

It has an Excellent location near the Ponchos Plaza(basically in the middle of the city), free wifi, nice and clean bedroom with warm sheets and comfy pillows, also warm/hot shower water and a very clean bathroom. Also the owner/reception was very kind , helped me get accommodated.
