Open from winter 2017 / 2018 and located in Ehrwald in the Tyrol Region, 2.9 km from Tiroler Zugspitzbahn Cable Car, Mellow Mountain Hostel features a sauna a steambath and ski storage space. Perfect location for hiking and exploring - really beautiful views of the mountains from the communal area. Staff were also amazing! Isabel was lovely, very friendly and extremely helpful. Sebastian was also a great help, allowing us to hang out our wet tent in the laundry area ☺️

Amazing location. You could see Zugspitze from your room. Nearby supermarket. Kitchen is quite small but well equipped. You might have to wait for someone to finish cooking.

I had a single room with private bathroom so it was the perfect combination of a hostel and a hotel. Communal kitchen (really well stocked) and lounge area, washing machines available and decent parking. The guy who checked me in was so friendly and helpful.

The self check-in process was super easy and convenient. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a free room upgrade, which made the stay extra enjoyable. The room was spacious, clean, and had everything I needed. Location was perfect. I really appreciated the upgrade and would happily stay here again.
