Receptionists were the best, very helpful and kind. Bed was comfortable, sheets clean, hot water in shower, clean toilets, location is great, nearby is place for renting bicycles, and some 10-15min walking huge supermarket.

Excellent breakfast. Very varied and beautifully presented. Excellent hygiene standards with serving utensils for every food item. Bed linen extremely high standard. Plenty of indoor and outdoor space to relax and socialise.

I really liked the amount of soundproofing the window had. The location is right in the middle of the Saint Pauli district in Hamburg, so it gets loud at night. Great to really enjoy the night life and the scene, so it was good to have the soundproofing when you wanted to go to sleep.
