The views of the sea, and the plants, trees and animals all around are magic! ✨ saw a sloth right opposite the gate of Svastha and Tucana fly around the yoga Shala!

We had a private room with ensuite and it was comfy and had AC - which was great to recover from the humid heat. Staff is wonderful and friendly. There's a common kitchen if you want to do your own grub, but also plenty cheap food options in the village. No problems paying with card anywhere, even small sums in the supermercado. The big highlight of this place is the tours organised through Aracari - we went on the canoe tour and the turtle tour (absolute MUST, it's incredible to see them) with Israel who is a gem of a guide, and on a night tour with another Aracari guide (sadly I don't remember his name) but he was also super great! I saw a baby sloth through his scope 😍 Also book your boat tickets ahead on tiketico, and once at the docks, look out for the Fersa/Fersa2 boats which are the ones that work with Aracari.

I enjoyed four peacful days in the casa Mamré! It's a great place to relax and slow down, located just next to the beach (You can listen to the waves in your room. 😀 There are good vibes in this location. 🤗 There's as well an inviting area with hamocks outside and the possibility to cook over the fire. The room and nice half-outdoor-kitchen is simple, clean and has everything you need. To the busstation or entrance of the national Park it takes only around ten minutes to walk. Luis gave me a warm welcome and could give me some helpful recommendations for discovering Cahuita and information about the public transports for my further journey.

The room was clean and spacious. The common areas (kitchen, swiming pool) was great maintained and the garden in the property so beautiful.

It was clean and brand new with big lockers, AC and a big fan with toilets and bathrooms inside each room and a beautiful balcony over the patio where you have many animals coming every day like monkeys and macaws! The people working there are the best 💚 It also has a restaurant and bar with a dock that’s amazing to watch sunset. I honestly could live there it was so green, clean, beautiful and new.

Providing clean rooms with comfortable beds, while the outdoor kitchen and hangout areas make you feel one with nature. Super relaxing stay. The staff and owner were very welcoming and accomodating. Location was fantastic, we walked to both Puero Viejo and Punta Uva - we love walking. Otherwise, you could hire a bike, scooter or TukTuk if you prefer.. The beach is only down the road so easy to pop to the beach.
