There are quite a few hangout spots inside and outside and the hostel is quite social which is amazing for a solo traveller.

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, and the room was spotless. As a woman, I felt very safe during my stay. I would definitely recommend this place and would happily stay here again. ++The Canela Café downstairs was the perfect place to relax and take a break from the busy city — great prices, delicious food, and such a cozy vibe. I truly loved my stay and would 100% come back. Highly recommended!

Helena is a great hostess and I immediately felt welcome by her warm smile! She made me feel at home in her really nice hostel. The hostel is located right in the center of San Antonio with many bars and restaurants nearby. The hostel also offers a great view of the neighborhood as well as hammocks to relax in. Also, the WIFI is super fast and available throughout the hostel. Moreover, Helena is very helpful and supportive and even assisted me with my doctor's visit.
