You can play billiards and table tennis at the hostel. Jane and Felipe are the perfect hosts. They are generous, extremely hospitable and have the biggest hearts. The meals are the best we had in Colombia. The accompanying salads with our meals are bigger in portions than the salads we ordered at restaurants. Great location to hang out and relax for as long as we wanted. Quite possibly the best place we stayed and we have been travelling for the last two years.

Palonegro International Airport is 127 km away. If a hostel could be perfect then this would be the one. This is a lovely peaceful oasis near the scenic town of Barichara. Great food prepared by Flo, with an attentive demeanour towards guests. It was the best three nights to relax and experience the nature of Colombia without being eaten by mosquitoes. Once you get settled you can take the regional bus into the town and back. Or just stay put and go for some walks around the property. There is Starlink internet if you need to do some work and I loved the outdoor shower. I will return as soon as I can!

Amazing views, comfortable environment, very peaceful, excellent kitchen, beautiful cats, and mango trees.. so sometimes mangos for breakfast :)
