Casa Salento is a wonderful hotel with lovely and helpful staff. The rooms are fine (a bit noisy), and they are cleaned everyday. Also the breakfast was delicious. Shoutout to John and his wife!

It is located away from the hustle and bustle of the city in the countryside but is easily and cheaply accessible with regular jeeps. This is an amazing place. The view is fantastic and the atmosphere there is really friendly and relaxed. Plus we had the best food we had during this holiday!!! They provide you with nice options for activities, but just staying there and relax is great as well. It is a hostel, so there are lots of young travellers. But we felt very welcome and at home with our two kids ( 4 and 7) as well. It was really nice chatting with other travellers in the common area. Hope to be back some day!

The place is close to the centre & the place where jeeps depart for excursions, but still quiet at night. Facilities were great - comfy beds and hot showers. The coffee & breakfast provided were delicious. Also great value for money! Lovely view from the windows (see picture)
