- Staff was attentive. They kept our large backpacks safe while we went on tour. - Organised a taxi for us to the bus terminal after check out. - Great location. Close to the beach. On Friday night, the beach was lively. Vendors selling artesanal products. Beach bars to chill out.

Such a relaxing stay, the rooms were a great size, clean and the bed was comfortable. The pool area is also great, and the staff were super friendly/accommodating.

We had perfect days at Ranchería Utta. We stayed for three nights, but if I had known how special the energy of Cabo de la Vela is, and how serene and comfortable the ranchería would be, I would have stayed longer. The food is delicious and reasonably priced, and everyone who works there is kind and helpful. The lodge is beautifully maintained, and the room was spacious and extremely comfortable. I will definitely come back someday — everything was truly special. A heartfelt thank you especially to Gabriel, Andrés, and Will, with whom we had the most contact. A big hug!

About a 10 minute walk from the beach. Had a nice pool and bar on the roof. Was a great, chilled place to stay for one night before seeing more of La Guajira

We had the best time out this place!!! It was so easy to get to know other guests, and the staff were so welcoming, sweet and helpful. The environment is so nice, and there is a lovely green garden and a nice pool. They arrange activites for you at the hostel, for example river tubing where you go with other guests from the hostel.

Located in Palomino, El Zoo Hostel, Bar & Pool offers free WiFi. The accommodation provides a 24-hour front desk. Every room comes with a shared bathroom, and some rooms come with a balcony.

The hostel have everything you need. A nice pool area to hang out in, bar and music at night, nice co-working area. Rooms are clean and tidy. Breakfast is great. Higly Recommend!
