Jonathan and Jamila are building something special here. Their contact with the community living in the jungle is inspirational. Jonathan traveled himself for 9 years, and you feel that in everything in the hostel. Do yourself a favor and stay in this place.

Great experience! The hostel is super welcoming and friendly, Marta and all the volunteers are amazing, helpful and super nice. We stayed there for few nights (delicious breakfast!) and we went on a 3 days tour in the Amazzonia with them: they organised a customized tour perfect for our wishes and we enjoyed it so much! I'll repeat the experience with them right now, especially the home staying and the experience in the forest with Robert of Lomalinda. Thank you so much

We spent three wonderful days with Daniel and his family in the beautiful village of San Martín de Amacayacu. The place is easily accessible by speedboat from either Leticia or Puerto Nariño. The boat drops you off at a riverside point where Daniel came to meet us personally.
We highly recommend this stay for anyone looking for simple yet comfortable accommodation, delicious home-cooked meals, and a warm, welcoming family atmosphere. A variety of activities are available, including day and night hikes, workshops, and excursions — all of which can be arranged on-site. We especially enjoyed the day hike, the basket-weaving workshop, and a trip to see the “lazy bears” on the Peruvian side — all of which we would highly recommend.
Daniel was a fantastic host: attentive, helpful, and always available to answer questions and accommodate our needs. Thank you so much for a memorable stay!

The spot is just amazing. The family is kind and do everything to make your stay comfortable. I was supposed to stay for a single night but the hostel suggested a tour with a guide, Daniel, a citizen of the San Pedro community. I spent 2 nights in the forest and one in his community. One of the best experiences I had. Thanks a lot to the volunteers who were really helpful. Thanks to all the team.

The hostel isn't big, it's very familiar, the kitchen is big enough and has everything you need. The Backyard is just amazing, there are hammocks, places to chill and there is a small bar in the evening. The mattresses are futons, which I found amazing and the staff including the owner made me feel like home immediately.
