His place was very nice and our room had a view of the terraces. He is also an excellent cook - we ate all but one meal there for the 2 days we stayed and each meal was exceptional. He gave us an itinerary for our half day in his village and we went in the rice terraces it was awesome. On our way out we were going to train to Xuishuangbanna but he said a bus would be way faster and dropped us at the bottom of the mountain to catch the bus. Would recommend to anyone.

Though not fancy, it is so special and our favorite . The location is perfect too.

I loved having a single room in a hostel, play pool, talk to the friendly staff, there is a lot of space and a nice rooftop to take photos of the sunset. Easy to walk to the green lake to chill.

The staff was realy good they treat, me very well also tried to give me everything what i needed. For the price i pay was realy good acomodation like 2 dollars at some places the food is more expensive. I was sick and could rest very well, ppl in the hostel very friendly and try to interact with me went also to the night market with the locals.
