The girls working on the reception were so nice they talk better English than me. Always prepared to help, even the cleaning lady was so nice and polite. I felt really good and comfortable in this accommodation. The toilets are awesome.

I stayed at a Dengba hostel near Guilin Park Metro Station in Shanghai, and the location was really convenient. It’s about a 7–8 minute walk from the station, which is on Lines 9, 12, and 15, so getting to Xujiahui, People’s Square, and other places was smooth. There are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby, so I didn’t have to go far for meals or supplies. The staff were professional and friendly. I arrived a bit early, and they helped me store my luggage and patiently answered my questions about transportation and the area. Check-in and check-out were quick, and they responded promptly when I needed help. The room was clean and tidy; overall, it was a hassle-free stay with good value.

The staff will provide a lot of things, towels and slippers. The hygiene is very clean, especially the bathroom. I can always see the cleaners cleaning. It's a very convenient check-in experience. Xu helped me a lot when I checked my luggage.

i'm traveling by Bicycle, the hostel has a big storage romm where i easily could storage my bike for 10 days the staff QQ and li where really nice and did help me a lot :) it's close to the metro station, so you reach the bund in round about 15 min
