Carolina was very flexible with the check-in since I arrived a bit later due to the fact I got lost in Santiago. Also, she upgraded my room for free. I totally recommend it. Casa Volante Hotel offers accommodation Cerro Concepción hill in Valparaíso, only 100 metres away from the commercial area and from Paseo Yugoeslavo area. We were in the family apartment. The floor creaks, the paintwork is chipped, the windows don't close properly but it has so much character, it's a super stay. The breakfast is excellent, Bread, cheese, waffles, yogurt, fruits, teas and coffee. Staff are excellent. Location is perfect. Large communal kitchen. Many Bus stops within 5 minutes walk.
