At the hostel, every room is fitted with a patio with a city view. All units will provide guests with a fridge. Very nice atmosphere to chill on rest days. We rented a sleeping bag and foam mats for the O-Trek (be warned the sleeping bags don’t compress well but are very warm) - staff were very helpful with any questions. The place is completely cleaned very regularly.

The host is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are simple but comfortable (there's no window but a roof skylight). Even in January it was heated and there's really hot water. Kitchen was well equipped so we didn't have problems with cooking.

They all have TV, on our fourth floor you will find a wonderful view of the city and mountains that surround Puerto Natales. The hotel was excellent, large room and spacious shower, indoor parking, the service was excellent and the breakfast was good, the location was also good.
