The bedrooms were comfy and cozy and the common area and kitchen were great. Loved that they had lockers to store our stuff on the W trek. Great location and easily walkable to restaurants stores and the grocery store.

Great vibe, personnel is super friendly and accommodating. Room was really nice. We had a shared bathroom but the three rooms that were sharing the bathroom had their own little section for toilet and shower as well as separate sinks. Well thought! We were able to leave behind our luggage while going on a multi-day trek, to then find our luggage in our room that was waiting for us when we came back. Hassle free. Their burgers are amazing. Best burger I’ve had in years!

They all have TV, on our fourth floor you will find a wonderful view of the city and mountains that surround Puerto Natales. Right sized, cozy and comfy rooms. The bathroom has a super-techie and wonderful shower. Climatization was on point. Breakfast was also very tasty and healthy. The lady in charge was very kind and helpful.
