Excellent hostel in Puerto Varas in a typical wooden house. The atmosphere is so cosy! Room are hotel-style, large and very comfortable. There are carpets everywhere in order to avoid noise from steps on wooden floors and stairs. The staff were extremely kind and helpful in anything we asked them. When we first arrived we were given a tour and a suggested itinerary for our time on Chiloe. The room was comfortable and spacious for us. The kitchen was well equipped and a good space for cooking and dining. Close to town and overall really positive experience here.

Homely vibes. Faustino waited for us to arrive late (2AM!) due to our ferry being delayed. The next morning he prepared late breakfast for us with scrambled eggs. ❤️

Big windows letting in so much light and gorgeous views. The fireplace in the common area / lounge which was a great spot to socialise. Very friendly and helpful staff that really go the extra mile to help you. It felt cosy and welcoming.
