The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, they provided me with a ton of information for what I could do in and around Pucon. Generally definitely one of the best hostels I‘ve stayed.

Great hostel!!! the location is amazing, in the heart of Pucon, right next to the lake, could't have been better!! The staff is friendly and the place was super clean and cozy. Highly recommended!!! (5 nights) + You can cook in the kitchen, everything you need is there, knifes are sharp + living room with Television + comfortable bed with many blankets + always nice and clean + Klaus is a really kind soul + a bit outside 10 - 15 min walking from the center, so there where not many people

Perfect Hostel to meet other Travelers. The Owners were very nice and friendly. Very sociable and friendly atmosphere! Especially with the Volunteers! It was very and relaxing in the Hostel and I felt like home for the Week I stayed at Willhouase (I extended some days). I met many other international guests. We had a good time together, had many drinks in the evening or even went to some attractions together or went out at night. So this hostel is the perfect place to meet other Travelers and socialize! Highly recommend. Oh, and I have to mention, the Rooftop Terrace is such a perfect place to hang out and Molco the Dog is such a nice companion. I slept very well and had no complaints about the Room or the Bath at all. The Kitchen is fine too.
