Hotel very well located in the center and 5 minutes walk from the Cry d'Er ski lifts. Very well decorated and very pleasant hotel, beautiful terrace, excellent service, spacious room, well decorated, very comfortable and quiet. Excellent restaurant in the hotel, good salty-sweet buffet breakfast, bus stop at the bottom of the hotel.

World-famous Matterhorn Mountain can be viewed from Youth Hostel Zermatt. Ski lifts as well as Zermatt city centre are a 10-minute walk away. Free Wi-Fi is available in public areas.

The customer service was very friendly, hospitable, and flexible to our needs. I was on a long trip and asked if I could use the laundry, and they accommodated me, although they said it was not a regular service. The spa was great and this place even has a training room and swimming pool. I have other favorite accommodations in Saas-Fee, but I would stay here again next time.
