Set in Interlaken, 19 km from Grindelwald Terminal, Chalet Hostel @ Backpackers Villa Interlaken offers accommodation with a garden, private parking, a shared lounge and a terrace. The property is 80 metres from the city centre and 21 km from Giessbachfälle. I'm not a fan of hostels, but when travelling to Switzerland you don't get much choice with the high prices. The rooms and bathroom were clean and comfortable. Big size lockers available on the rooms, secured with a card key so you don't have to worry about bringing your own lock. Location is great, near both train stations in Interlaken, plus the hostel gives you a free bus ticket to reach the accomodation.

At the hostel, each room is fitted with a desk and a balcony with a garden view. Featuring a shared bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer, rooms at Walters Hostel Interlaken also offer a mountain view. Guest rooms include a safety deposit box. Excellent, it was a very nice place, the receptionist was very kind to us.

The property is allergy-free and is set 23 km from Giessbachfälle. The breakfast was incredible and the room where I stayed was comfy as well. The place is located nearby the train station which was great and the neighborhood was very quiet.

Great hostel to stay in ,staff is wonderful(communication,helpful..),clean,nice vibes,I highly recommend it.

The location can’t get any better than this! It’s just a few steps from the train station. Breakfast was OK. Staff was helpful to accomodate my late check in

A social and friendly atmosphere. I came with friends and left with more. Kitchen was well stocked, rooms were clean, showers were spacious and had good pressure. My favourite part was the music room - which came with 2 pianos and a guitar. One night we started playing and ended up getting a bunch of guests together and playing songs for hours. I loved it here!

Free WiFi is available in all areas of the property. I loved this hostel - particularly the number of areas to hang out in and relax - they have a quiet room where I was able to do some work uninterrupted. A good quiet environment. The kitchen is incredibly well stocked, they have a printer, laundry facilities I would definitely stay here again.

I absolutely LOVED this hostel. It's just a beautiful as the photos show. The character of the heritage building is lovely. It oozes with the feeling of a secluded summer lodge, yet is close enough to interlaken to get to everything easily. The staff were kind, helpful and welcoming. They provided me gluten free buns for breakfast.

The bright rooms of the Funny Farm hostel are simply furnished and decorated in different colours. Some include private en-suite bathrooms, others have shared facilities. Excellent stay, very friendly and welcoming staff. Rooms are clean. Onsite free parking.
