Excellent facilities (big, well-equiped kitchen, plenty of lockers for storage, delicious breakfast, toilet in bedroom). Staff were all friendly and had good knowledge on things to do in the area. They seemed to have good systems in place for check in. Good location situated between the East and West train stations. Highly recommend!

The location is excellent: you can see the Eiger just through the window, and it takes only a few minutes to walk to the train station. Souvenir shops and restaurants are quite close, which is also very convenient.

Just the staff makes this place worth it, both in the reception and the bar you find amazing people that provide great recommendations and good conversations. But the view is worth every single franc paid. We loved our stay here, and found it lovely that it is not right in the noisy small center of Lauterbrunnen but still a short walk or bus away.

We enjoyed our stay at an incredibly accommodating hostel, complete with a picturesque garden and a pond graced by sizable fish. The highlight was the option to barbecue, an opportunity we naturally seized. We opted for a room with a shared bathroom, which pleasantly surprised us with its smart system. This intuitive system allowed us to control the lights and even set up music using an iPad, enhancing our convenience. The beds provided exceptional comfort, and the thoughtfully equipped kitchen elevated our experience. Additionally, the laundry facilities, available for a mere 8 CHF, were a practical bonus. Walter, the epitome of a welcoming and easygoing host, extended an immediate sense of belonging. We're sincerely appreciative of the warm hospitality and undoubtedly look forward to returning in the future.

The property is allergy-free and is set 23 km from Giessbachfälle. Beautiful hostel! It feels like a five-star hotel, even though it's a hostel. I love their breakfast, the view from our windows, the friendly staff, the dining/lounge area, and the overall cleanliness everywhere! Five francs a day for parking is okay.

Was working in Interlacken 30 years ago in Jungfrau Hotel and was so excited to come stay here as always had a great vibe about it and thrilled to see, 30 years later, same owner , who I met again and his daughter.
